I’ve called Beaulieu Park home since 2001, and in 2010 we started Beaulieu Estate Agents, helping people buy, sell and rent in the area we know so well. Since then, we’ve built a dedicated team focused on property in Beaulieu Park, Chelmer Village, Springfield and Channels. We hope you’ll come to love this area as much as my family and I do.

History and Evolution
The Quirk family's estate agency heritage dates back to 1958, when Albert F. Quirk established the family business in Essex. His commitment to professionalism, integrity and personal service laid the foundations for generations of property expertise. The tradition continued through his son Douglas Quirk and grandson Anthony Quirk, who went on to establish Beaulieu Estate Agents in Chelmsford in 2010.
Today, Anthony's sons, Chandler and Connor Quirk, proudly continue the family legacy, combining decades of experience with modern property marketing. Spanning four generations and nearly 70 years, the Quirk name remains synonymous with trusted estate agency across Essex.
