With over 35 years in the property industry, Pani Demetriou brings deep experience and local knowledge to every client. Starting as a mortgage consultant in the early ’80s, he later owned a successful estate agency in North London for 25+ years, helping clients buy, sell, rent, and survey homes across Wood Green, Hornsey, and Turnpike Lane.

Having lived in Enfield and Cheshunt for nearly 40 years, Pani knows the Hertfordshire and Broxbourne areas inside out. He now proudly serves Cheshunt, Waltham Cross, Waltham Abbey, Broxbourne, Cuffley, and surrounding areas.

Fluent in Greek and English, Pani combines friendly, approachable service with professional integrity. He enjoys annual holidays to Cyprus, scuba diving, swimming, and singing—with a dream to record a crooner-style album and one day come face-to-face with a great white shark!

Married for 38 years with a son and two grandchildren, Pani is driven by family values and a passion for helping people move confidently and successfully.
